Since the Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds, Returns or Cancel after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase.

4. Advance Payment Policy (Important)

To initiate any project, an advance payment is required.

Once project development has started, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable.

This is because resources, time, and technical efforts are allocated immediately after project initiation.


5. Refund Eligibility

5.1 Eligible for Partial Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Work has not yet started

  • Cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment

  • No project resources have been allocated

Refund processing time: 7–21 working days (depending on payment gateway/bank).


5.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided if:

  • Development work has started

  • Project milestone has been completed

  • Delay is caused by client (content delay, approval delay, etc.)

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Domain, hosting, third-party licenses purchased

  • Digital marketing campaigns already executed

  • Custom design or development delivered


6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Before Project Start

Client may request cancellation via email or written communication.
If approved, eligible refund will be processed.

6.2 After Project Start

If the project is cancelled after development has started:

  • Advance payment will not be refunded

  • Additional completed work may be billed separately


7. Project Hold Policy

If client puts project on hold for more than 30 days:

  • Company reserves right to re-quote

  • Timeline commitments may change


8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact us before raising disputes.

If a chargeback is initiated without communication:

  • Services may be suspended

  • Legal recovery actions may be initiated if required


9. Third-Party Services

No refund will be provided for third-party purchases including:

  • Domain Names

  • Hosting

  • Paid Plugins / Licenses

  • SMS / API Credits

  • Advertising Budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)


10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet outages

  • Cyber incidents
